Organizational Leadership
The organizational leadership track of the Oregon State MBA program is designed to serve leaders and professionals of business and nonprofit organizations in any industry.
We’ve designed our program in response to market trends, with feedback from industry partners, and based on contemporary research regarding managing and leading organizations. The organizational leadership program provides evidence-based foundational knowledge and hands-on practices toward increased employee effectiveness, talented leadership and organizational success.
The program specializes in global leadership, human resource management, executive-level decision-making, contemporary project management and negotiation techniques relevant to the global nature of modern organizational environments. Organizational leadership is highly versatile and essential for any organization and industry due to its high applicability and inclusiveness.
What You'll Learn
Become an expert facilitator for executive-level, strategic decision-making utilizing your abilities to understand, analyze and apply human-resource management information.
Using both classic and modern leadership theories and techniques, you'll facilitate effective leadership in your organization.

Flexible Program Leads to Career Milestones
Alan Hansen completed his MBA in organizational leadership, part-time, piece by piece, taking both online and hybrid classes and enjoying each one.
The Bend, Oregon, resident also gave himself "promotions" during the years he worked on his degree -- with moves to new jobs within Bend's vibrant economic environment.
